Motorhome Site Blij Venneke possesses the facilities of a campsite. Our rustic camper site is located in Duizel, which is part of the municipality of Eersel. Eersel's cosy old market is within walking and cycling distance. Like Eersel, Duizel is one of the so-called Acht Zaligheden in the Kempen region of Brabant. An area with lots of nature and plenty of cycling and walking opportunities so you can discover the beauty of the Brabantse Kempen. The many villages in the area offer many opportunities for a terrace or restaurant visit.

Blij Venneke has 25 spacious paved pitches, each with its own lawn and "little garden". Large pitches with lots of green around them, in equally green surroundings. The pitches all have 10 Ampère electricity. There is free Wi-Fi and camera surveillance on site. You can use the sanitary facilities, which can be found in the building where we design our gardens. The sanitary facilities consist of: 3 showers and 3 sinks, 2 toilets inside and 4 in an outdoor unit. We have a disposal point for dirty water and chemical toilet. There is also a drinking water tap and washing-up area. We have a conservatory where you can read a book or socialise with others in bad weather.

Our camper site is located at some distance from the A67 motorway, allowing you to reach it quickly. Depending on the direction of the wind, the road may be (slightly) audible. The latter also applies to the cross-country track further away, which is used from time to time.

From the Blij Venneke, you can easily reach and visit the cities of Eindhoven and Tilburg. But we are also close to the Belgian border to go to Postel, Lommel or Arendonk. Information with places of interest and cycling and walking routes are available in the conservatory. Noord-Oost Brabant has an excellent cycling and walking network. Two cycle junctions (nos. 10 and 80) are just around the corner. The camper place is located next to a forest area, where you can walk and which also connects and extends into the far reaches, so beautiful for cycling. You can also easily cycle from village to village in the rural surroundings.

Apartment rental

You do not have an motorhome but still would like to stay overnight to visit your friends or family on the motorhome site, for example, you have acquaintances living nearby or you just want to enjoy the area? We have an upstairs apartment for rent. It consists of a fully furnished cozy sitting room and a pleasant bedroom for two persons. No breakfast is served. Bed linen included.

Enjoying hospitality and painting

Enjoy in the hospitable Kempen region. visit Safaripark de Beekse Bergen or the La Trappe Abbey and Brewery. There are plenty of opportunities nearby. On request there is the possibility to paint freely and for a group of at least 6 people to follow a painting workshop in our studio.
