Blij Venneke processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. An overview of the possible personal data we process: name, phone number, email address, license plate, and country. In the case of an invoice, address details may also be processed.
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.
Blij Venneke processes your personal data for the following purposes: handling a pre-booking, check-in, payment, responding to questions submitted via the contact form or by phone, sending our newsletter, informing you about changes to our services and products.
We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. However, we are obliged due to the tax authorities to keep our records for 7 years. We take the protection of your data seriously and we take appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
Blij Venneke only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to our e-mail address. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Do you have any complaints about how we handle your personal data? If so, please contact us. You also have the right to submit these complaints to the Personal Data Authority.
